The Meseta de Popayán is a high Andean plateau that sits between 1,500 and 2,070 meters above sea level.  This romantic yet functional mountain geography creates a stable climate with rich volcanic soil and a slow growing altitude.  Everything about this place is engineered by nature to grow extraordinary coffee.

In the cup we find a foundational coffee.  Balanced, honest, beautifully structured.

Floral aromatics that lift out of the cup. Caramely and fudgy sweetness that anchor in the mid-palate. A soft, rounded acidity that makes it lively without ever being sharp. Clean finish. The tiniest amount of acidity.
