In the cup we find a foundational coffee.  Balanced, honest, beautifully structured.

Floral aromatics that lift out of the cup. Caramely and fudgy sweetness that anchor in the mid-palate. A soft, rounded acidity that makes it lively without ever being sharp. Clean finish. The tiniest amount of acidity.

It sits squarely in that sweet spot: refined enough for the seasoned drinker, approachable enough for someone just discovering what great coffee can be.
